​The  International Independent Schools' Public Speaking Competition (IISPSC) is an annual public speaking event open the League's member schools from Canada, The United States, and several international members, drawn in recent years from The United Kingdom, Bermuda, Hong Kong, and South Africa. ​ All independent schools from any country are welcome to join the League and participate in the annual competition (albeit there is a waiting list for entry).  the tournament qulaifies students to attend the World Individual Debate abd Public Speaking Tournament held in the upcoming spring.
