INTERNATIONAL INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS'
PUBLIC SPEAKING COMPETITION
A Canadian and American competition usually held in either Canada or the United States, the International Independent Schools' Public Speaking Competition (IISPSC) is an annual public speaking event open the League's member schools from across the world. All independent schools from any country are welcome to join the League and participate in the annual competition (there is a waiting list for entry; this year due to the global pandemic, we will not be admitting new schools).
This year, the tournament was hosted by The Hotchkiss School and Buckingham Browne & Nichols School in Cambridge (Boston) Massachusetts, USA. The host of IISPSC 2020 will be Mulgrave School in Vancouver October 22nd to 26th. This year the event will take place virtually. Asynchronous submissions are due by October 14th.
